FAQ

01 / How do we communicate?

Once we get in contact, we’ll set up your project on Honeybook and communicate through there. No worries - you do not need Honeybook in order to communicate with us, Honeybook messages will be sent straight to your email inbox and you can reply directly from there. Our notifications will be turned on, so we will be notified via email anytime you’ve left us a message in the Honeybook project.

02 / How do payments work?

In order to secure a project date, we require a 20% deposit. The following payments will be detailed in a project schedule upon receiving your retainer.

03 / Will I be shared online?

As part of our business, social media makes up a big chunk of how we engage with our audience. We do love to share client projects but we can always discuss the details first!

04 / How soon can we start?

Because we are a small team and we like to give each client a personalized experience, we have a slow design approach with each project. In the contact form, you can provide us an estimated start date so that we have an idea of when to schedule you (ASAP doesn't count).

05 / What are your prices?

Every project is unique, aside from our creative powerhouse, we take brainstorming, scale, scope, travel, etc. into consideration when creating a proposal. If you are interested in working with us, get in touch through our contact form.
